Corvus Responsibilities:
Glen directs Corvus International’s accounting and database management group, overseeing all aspects of the accounting processes for every operation.  His responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements for all entities, setting up and tracking budgets, managing cash flows for quarterly financials, working with bankers, title companies and property owners to ensure proper accounting for construction projects and draws, verify that all vendors on each construction project are paid and proper waivers of lien are filed, tax planning, property management, cash management and supervising the accounts payable and receivable functions.  Glen is integral in handling and reviewing all construction and facilities related accounting and works with outside contractors to ensure timely and accurate documents to lending authorities.

Professional Qualifications:
Glen started his career in the accounting industry after receiving his degree from the University of Michigan in 1994.  He has acted as a managing accountant for a CPA firm overseeing the tax and audit departments and has worked on accounts within many industries such as construction, real estate, automotive, medical and retail.  He has an exceptional eye for detail and an uncanny ability to implement seamless cost saving strategies within a turbulent economy.   He is highly skilled and proves most valuable in working within deadlines.

Glen has considerable experience in real estate and construction accounting budgeting and cost management.  His experience and knowledge provides a valuable foundation to our clients and vendors giving them the opportunity to perform more efficiently and effectively.
