Corvus Responsibilities:
Tim directs Corvus' national and international real estate transactional and develop efforts for all industrial and hi-rise residential projects, overseeing the sales, marketing and locational aspects of each project. His other responsibilities also include the representation of our clients in leasing and sales opportunities, strategic planning, development and lease analysis. Tim continues to expand Corvus' national presence through the many new projects Corvus’ now has under construction throughout the globe, which currently equate to approximately one billion dollars in new construction. .
Professional Qualifications:
Tim has been involved in the commercial real estate and project management business since receiving his MBA in Finance from Boston University in 1987. Since joining Corvus, Tim earned membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for being in the top 1% of the real estate industry. He also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation for his work in the real estate financial arena. He is an expert in the real estate development process and has participated in real estate transaction valued well in excess of over one billion dollars in his career. His passion is negotiating complex real estate transactions requiring creativity and sophisticated financial analysis. His considerable experience is unmatched in the industry.
Some of Tim's other honors include: Selection by Crain's Detroit Business as one of the top business people under age 40 for metropolitan Detroit. Selection as a finalist for Michigan's Entrepreneur of the Year honors in 1995. He was the founding chair for the Economic Development Committee for Oakland County's Business Roundtable.
Morris’ clients and past experience includes projects with General Motors, The City of Toledo, Ford Motor Company, Hawtal Whiting, Inalfa Hollandia, Lear Corporation, SEMCO Energy, Takata, TG North America, Valassis Communications, Vickers, Inc., and Heartland Industrial Partners. His experience in the residential arena includes single family, mid-rise and hi-rise condominium projects throughout Florida and the southeastern United States.
