Corvus Responsibilities:
Larry directs Corvus International’s program management group, overseeing the full range of project development, design manage-ment, construction management and consulting services. His responsibilities include the generation of feasibility studies, project scheduling and planning, and supervision of the program management staff executing assignments worldwide. Larry is also instrumental in the development of innovative communication programs utilizing the internet to provide our clients with real time project status and construction documentation.
Professional Qualifications:
Larry has been involved in program management since completing his architectural education in 1979. He has acted as the lead Program Manager for many major corporations such as: General Motors, EDS, Chrysler, Lear Corporation, Molson Ltd., and the Saturn Corporation. He is expert at managing very large and complex projects--ones that involve the integration of client internal staff and outside professional sources. He is most valuable when the timing is critical and the benefit for completing on time and on budget is paramount. His work at General Motors and EDS has changed the way they managed their projects and has established a new standard of practice for their facilities staff.
Larry has considerable experience in real estate, architecture, construction, project budgeting, workplace efficiencies, furnishings, telecommunications, and relocation management. Through his experience, he presents our clients a unique “insider’s view” to all professions and vendors; creating an opportunity for well-informed decision-making and savvy negotiations.
