Corvus Responsibilities:
Tim directs Corvus' commercial and residential project management efforts. Tim is a former executive with W.G. Mills, Inc.  Mills is Florida’s premier construction management company having completed in excess of $1.9 billion dollars in successful commercial and hi-rise residential projects for both the public and private sectors.

Professional Qualifications:
Tim principal role is Corvus’ project management and development manager is a role he has been handling for the past 11+ years.  He has applied his leadership skills to a variety of projects throughout the State of Florida having overseen the construction of over 89 facilities totaling over $288 million dollars in value. 
After graduating from the University of South Florida in 1989 with a Batchelor’s degree in Finance, and Florida State University in 1991 with a Master of Business Administration degree, Tim settled in the Manatee/Sarasota area and quickly became a high profile leader in the community.
Some of his experience includes Chairman or Trustee of the United Way of Florida, United Way of Manatee County, Economic Development Counsel, The Public Schools Foundation, Kiwanis Foundation, Manatee 100 Club, Junior Achievement and the Board of Directors for St. Stephens Episcopal School. 
The clients Tim has worked with throughout his career include Fortune 500 firms and many of Florida’s largest employers including Circuit City, Regal Cinemas, Rooms To Go, Hilton Hotels, and Wachovia Bank.
