Corvus Responsibilities:

Jeffrey D. Gravely joins the Corvus Team as a Development Partner for Corvus International’s Florida operations. Jeff’s responsibilities include acting as Project Executive on multiple Corvus projects as well as playing a key role in Corvus’ on-going business development efforts throughout the State of Florida.

Professional Qualifications:
Jeff began his career on the West Coast of Florida in 1981 after graduating from the University of Florida’s School of Business, majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Subsequent to graduation, Jeff earned the prestigious Member – Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation, and until 1993, was principal and partner in a regional appraisal, valuation and consulting firm.

During this period, Jeff actively provided valuation and evaluation services of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and advised clients on real estate investment decisions. Clients included the Resolution Trust Corp (RTC), Federal Depository Insurance Corp (FDIC), Bank of America, Wachovia Bank, and numerous other regional financial institutions. Jeff also provided expert valuation testimony in state and federal courts.

From 1995 through 2004, Jeff was Executive Vice President and Partner of Panther Ridge Communities, Inc., and affiliated partnerships, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. During this time, Panther Ridge Communities developed a 4,500 acre, 850 unit single family community, along with numerous single tenant, net leased retail properties. Overall duties included oversight and implementation of sales & marketing strategies, homeowner association formation and turnover, along with contract and lease negotiations.
