Corvus Responsibilities:

Mike directs Corvus' Chicago’s office, overseeing all aspects of project development and sales in the Chicago market. His responsibilities include the generation of marketing and sales opportunities, strategic planning, financial analysis, as well as acting as the interface with Corvus International. Other responsibilities include: negotiating contracts and reviewing subcontracts. Organizational duties include: overseeing estimating, scheduling, marketing and operations departments; reviewing operating budgets/costs for the office and specific projects; assuring that client needs are being handled in a timely and professional manner.

Professional Qualifications:
Mike has been involved in the commercial real estate, construction and project management business his entire professional career. With over 22 years of experience in the Chicago market, this has given him the insight to deliver projects on time and within budget utilizing contacts in the industry and political arena. Before joining Corvus, Mike was a principal and was responsible for day to day management and business development for iris solutions LLC a program/construction management company in Chicago. The Company went from $0 fee based revenues in 2001 to $900,000 in 2003, while managing over $12M of construction during 2003. He is an expert in representing companies through the construction process and has participated in real estate transaction valued well in excess of $100 million over his career. Mike’s extensive experience in “hyper-track” development and construction delivery methodology enables Corvus to provide its’ clients with management of rapid delivery, high quality development and construction services. Among the clients Mago has worked with throughout his career are: Material Service Corporation, MetLife, Principal Capital, Cary Park District, Nash Finch Corporation, Chalet Hills Golf Club, Empress Casino Hammond, Hilton Corporation, Sexton Companies, Foley-Lardner Law Offices, Triumph Development, Alden Group, Concrete Structures, Trans Union, Trinity Acquisitions and Development, Boulder Rock Enterprises, LLC and HBS Excavating.
