Project:
Chrysler Jeep required a massive expansion of its plant in Toledo. To accomodate the expansion, the City of Toledo agreed to condemn and relocate 16 individual businesses. In the course of compensating the companies, both real estate and relocation costs estimates were required.
Services Provided:
Corvus examined each property and business, determining the fair relocation cost to move each individual company. Costs for physical relocation, electrical and mechanical infrastructure costs, telephone, computer, and furniture relocation costs, and business continuance.
