Project:
After appointing a new CEO and senior executive staff, Federal-Mogul expressed a desire to create significant, yet non-disruptive, changes in space utilization at their 350,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters facility. Corvus was retained to act as a single source manager to coordinate this feasibility and programming study.

Services Provided:
Workplace audits, analyzed exit strategy options, purchase options and lease restructuring alternatives. Evaluated renovation strategies and budgets, performed subleasing analysis and market studies. Coordinated employee relocation studies and workstation redeployment/refurbishment strategies. Cost/profit pro forma development for evaluation of excess space.

Benefits:
Provided a detailed study uncovering approximately 70,000 sq. ft. of space which could be freed up by implementing our consolidation plan.

Project:
Chrysler Jeep required a massive expansion of its plant in Toledo. To accomodate the expansion, the City of Toledo agreed to condemn and relocate 16 individual businesses. In the course of compensating the companies, both real estate and relocation costs estimates were required.

Services Provided:
Corvus examined each property and business, determining the fair relocation cost to move each individual company. Costs for physical relocation, electrical and mechanical infrastructure costs, telephone, computer, and furniture relocation costs, and business continuance.
