This Corporate Headquarters building, located next to Metaldyne’s 90,000 SF Technical Center, houses the executive, sales and financial staff. The $3.0 million of building improvements include the replacement of portions of the roof, complete interior painting and replacement of all site paving. Metaldyne has invested $1 million installing a computer room and aesthetic improvements to the executive floor.
