Overview:
The existing 38,000 SF office building and 5 acre property was purchased by Corvus Development and immediately renovated to accommodate the employee growth of Metaldyne Corporation Corp. This Corporate Headquarters building, located next to Metaldyne’s 90,000 SF Technical Center, houses the executive, sales and financial staff. The $3.0 million of building improvements include the replacement of portions of the roof, complete interior painting and replacement of all site paving. Metaldyne has invested $1 million installing a computer room and aesthetic improvements to the executive floor.
