Overview:
The existing 366,000 SF building, originally constructed in 1979 on 43.9 acres, was purchased by Corvus and immediately renovated to meet the operational needs of the Draw-Tite Corporation. The $3.4 million of building improvements included the replace-ment of the entire roof membrane, complete interior painting and repav-ing of the parking area. Since the purchase, Draw-Tite has consolidated its three other Michigan operations into this Goshen facility. The Tenant has invested another $3 million of capital improvements including the installation of an e-coat paint line and other process equipment.
