CORVUS INTERNATIONAL'S INVESTMENT CRITERIA

What We Need to Know To Get Your Project Financed

CREDIT:
1. We will consider investment-grade corporations and below-investment grade corporations (below-investment grade ranges from a Standard & Poors rating B to BB+ or the equivalent thereof)

2. Unrated companies must provide a minimum of 3 years of operating history in order for Corvus to determine the company's creditworthiness

INDUSTRY TYPES:
Corvus invests in companies from diverse industries. Some of the preferred include: Office, Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, and Professional Services

PROPERTY TYPES:
Eligible properties include existing, to-be-built, office, industrial and other Single tenant commercial real estate properties located in the United States, Mexico, South America, and Europe.

DEAL VOLUME:
There is no limit to the amount of capital Corvus can invest in a property. Corvus will also invest in smaller properties ($2 million or greater)- particularly if they can be pooled into single transactions.

LEASE TERM:
Lease terms vary from 10 to 20 years and can be structured to include rent reset and renewal options. Corvus has a unique range of investment programs, and will work with our clients to meet their specific needs.
