| Trotwood, OH (November 1, 2008) — The approximately 380,000 sq.ft., distribution center and warehouse for the James Group of Ohio in support of General Motors foreign operations has been completed and the James Group is currently occupying the new facility.
The $23 million dollar facility was completed in eight (8) months during one of the coldest and most challenging winters in recent memory for Ohio, once fully occupied, the building will house between 250 and 300 new logistics jobs.
The project was developed by Corvus International Holdings, LLC of Birmingham, MI and Sarasota, FL and was constructed by Oliver-Hatcher Construction out of Novi, MI. |
